Your Travel Advisors can now carry out their ITM surveys using an iPad.
Administrators can add on Users and Households and assign these users households to complete the surveys.
Surveys are all synchronised using iCloud accounts on devices.
You can:
- Add households/ streets/ locations
- Add travel advisors
- Travel advisors can complete relevant surveys for assigned households
- Analysis is given of their productivity and households completed
- Resources requested, follow up actions and Local Motion pledge emails are recorded in the relevant tabs to be followed up.
